The main ingredient is orange, chopped with the peel, giving the pastry a distinct sweet-sour note. The buttery texture of the dough with a soft hint of vanilla harmonizes with the fruity filling, creating a delightful combination of lightness and richness. This pie is perfect for a cozy tea time or light breakfast, and its natural components make it an excellent choice for health-conscious eaters.
