Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and flour. Add baking soda. Salt to taste. Optionally, you can add dried fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Salt: pinch
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
