Mix softened butter with ONE egg, sugar, and sour cream. Add baking soda, I use lemon juice. Then add flour until you achieve a thick sour cream consistency.
- Butter: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sour cream: 1.5 jar
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon

We grease a low baking tray with butter. Pour the dough into it. On top, we place berries; I used cherries. I also did this with red currants. Sprinkle sugar over the berries if desired.
- Butter: 50 g
- Cherry: 100 g
- Sugar: 1 glass

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Five minutes before it's done, pour the filling over the pie.

For the filling, beat 1 egg, 2 tsp sour cream, 1 tsp flour, and 3 tsp sugar.
