Royal cheesecake with sour cream and butter

Royal cheesecake is not really a cheesecake, but a grand simple pie. The set of ingredients is really the same as in a cheesecake, only the cooking principle is completely different. Firstly, you will need dry cottage cheese, with wet everything will go wrong. Secondly, the dough is only needed here to form the bottom of the pie, the rest will be filled with curd mass. The amount of sugar can be varied, for example, downwards - this recipe is distinguished by its special sweetness.

Mix 2 cups of flour, 0.5 cups of sugar, and baking soda.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Add 170 grams of butter to the mixture and crumble everything.
- Butter: 170 g

Mix 300 grams of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 0.5 cup of sugar, and 0.5 cup of sour cream until smooth. A blender can be used.
- Dry cottage cheese: 300 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Sour cream: 5 tablespoon

Spread half of the dough evenly in a greased baking dish. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dish. Sprinkle the remaining dough on top.

Bake the cheesecake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
