Non-alcoholic tiramisu

Tiramisu is an iconic Italian dessert whose name translates to 'pick me up.' It was born in Venice or Treviso, according to one legend, as a sweet treat for weary travelers. Non-alcoholic tiramisu retains all the tenderness and airiness of the classic recipe but is suitable even for those who avoid alcohol. The mascarpone and whipped egg white cream gives it a velvety texture, while layers of coffee-soaked sponge create a balance between sweetness and light bitterness. This dessert is perfect for family dinners, children's parties, or just a cozy evening. Chilled tiramisu melts in your mouth, leaving a rich creamy taste with hints of coffee and cocoa – true Italian delight!
