Crispy cookies are a simple and cozy recipe reflecting the traditions of Russian home baking. Its origins trace back to times when housewives aimed to create something tasty from minimal ingredients. A light sweetness, subtle buttery aroma, and airy crispness make it an ideal complement to morning tea or evening coffee. The recipe's flexibility allows for the addition of nuts, seeds, or even natural colorings for a special touch. These crispy circles with a delicate flavor evoke the warmth of home and the simple joys of life.

1
Dissolve salt and sugar in water, add melted butter, and mix.
- Water: 0.3 glass
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 50 g
2
Add flour. The dough should be relatively not thick (I added flour by eye).
- Wheat flour: 150 g
3
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to make shapes (I used a glass to make regular circles).

You can also add any seasoning, seeds, etc. to the dough. In this photo, it is colorful (for mood).
