Cottage cheese candies in chocolate are a delicate and refined treat that combines the softness of cottage cheese, the crunchy texture of cookies and nuts, and the rich taste of chocolate. This is an author’s dessert that can be easily made at home by experimenting with various additions. The origins of such a combination trace back to traditional Eastern European sweets where cottage cheese is often used in desserts. Vanilla sugar adds a subtle aroma, while chilling in the refrigerator makes the candies firmer, allowing you to enjoy their rich flavor. These candies are perfect for a cozy family tea time or as an elegant treat for guests.
