Finely chop the chicken fillet (can be minced), marinate in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar (can be replaced with lemon juice), add pepper, your favorite spices, garlic, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the carrot into thin strips (can be grated), chop the onion finely.

Sauté chicken fillet with carrots and onions in a heated pan for 10-15 minutes, then add cream and simmer for another 10 minutes (to evaporate excess liquid).
- Chicken fillet: 200 g

Cut the zucchini into rings or slices (about 0.5 cm thick), salt them, and fry in a pan (preferably a grill) for 2 minutes on each side (you can lightly grease the pan with olive oil).

Lay a layer of zucchini at the bottom of the baking dish (I have 3 layers, so you can divide all the zucchini into 3 parts), then a layer of fried chicken, again zucchini, again chicken with vegetables, topped with the remaining grilled zucchini slices. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
