We beat the eggs with sugar, taking sugar to taste: if you like it very sweet — 200 g, if you prefer it less sweet — 100–150 g. Then we add cottage cheese and melted butter and mix well. We add vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder and knead the dough.

- Sugar: 150 g
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Fill the molds with batter to 2/3, if the molds are not silicone or you are not using paper liners, be sure to grease the molds with oil, bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
