Sweet flatbreads with olive oil are a traditional Spanish treat that is easy to prepare but has an exquisite taste. Their history traces back to Andalusian cuisine, where the combination of flour, olive oil, and cane sugar has created warm, crispy delights for family gatherings for centuries. The flatbreads have a delicate texture and a light caramel aroma due to the sugar sprinkle before baking. They are perfect for morning coffee or evening tea and can also serve as a wonderful addition to desserts. The olive oil gives them a rich, deep flavor, making each bite satisfying and enjoyable. Their simplicity allows one to enjoy the warm homely comfort as if in the heart of Spain.
