Easter kulich with raisins and candied fruits is a traditional Ukrainian festive bread symbolizing the resurrection and light of Christ's Resurrection. Its fluffy, airy texture with hints of citrus zest and vanilla offers a gentle aroma of spring. Place all ingredients according to the recipe in the mixing container in the specified order. Select the 'Dough' program and press the 'Start' button.
- Kefir 2.5%: 100 ml
- Salt: 6 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Vanilla sugar: 10 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Butter: 150 g
- Orange zest: 0.5 teaspoon
- Lemon zest: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 550 g
- Dry yeast: 7 g

Add the soaked raisins, candied fruits, and crushed hazelnuts after the sound signal.
- Cognac: 30 g
- Raisin: 75 g
- Candied fruit: 75 g
- Chopped roasted hazelnuts: 50 g

Knead the dough and let it rise. The dough should increase in volume by 2-2.5 times. Punch down the dough and shape it.

Grease the multicooker pot with butter and place the dough ball in the pot.
- Butter: 150 g

Select the 'Yogurt' mode, time — 1.5 hours. When the dough rises, select the 'Baking' mode, cooking time — 1 hour.

Invert the kulich and bake it for another hour in the same mode.

Transfer the baked kulich to a rack and let it cool.

Cover the completely cooled kulich with melted white chocolate. Decorate the surface of the kulich with melted dark chocolate.
- White chocolate: 200 g
- Dark chocolate 70%: 50 g

Let the chocolate set. Apply the decor with gold paint.
- Yellow food coloring: to taste

Cut the kulich into portions and serve at the table.
