Sugar-free dried fruit candies

20 minutes
Sugar-free dried fruit candies are a natural treat filled with the aroma of fruits and nuts. This recipe was born from a desire for healthy eating and inspired by the tradition of using dried fruits in cooking. A mixture of prunes, figs, raisins, and dried apples creates a deep, rich flavor with a slight tartness and pleasant sweetness natural to the fruits. Soft, slightly chewy candies adorned with sesame are not only tasty but also rich in vitamins and fiber. These healthy sweets are perfect for snacking, replacing traditional desserts, and make an excellent addition to a cup of tea or coffee. The convenient format of small balls makes them a great treat for children and adults who appreciate naturalness and quality.

1
Soak the dried fruits for 10 minutes (no more, otherwise they will swell, just need to soften slightly).

- Raisin: 95 g
- Dried apples: 130 g
2
Slightly squeeze and blend them.
