The 'Antvo' cottage cheese pie with pineapples is a delicate and airy treat with a light tang and fruity freshness. Its origin is linked to European baking traditions where cottage cheese plays a key role, providing a special texture and rich flavor. Sweet pieces of pineapple add an exotic touch, making the pie juicy and aromatic. It is perfect as a dessert for tea or coffee, and its pleasant lightness makes it an excellent choice for summer evenings. The warm hue of the dough and the softness of the pastry create a homely comfort, while the combination of cottage cheese and pineapple is true gastronomic harmony. It can be served chilled, which only enhances its refreshing effect. This pie is a blend of simple ingredients that together reveal the full depth of flavor sensations.

1
To make cottage cheese from 2 liters of sour milk, pour the sour milk into a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Strain the milk through cheesecloth (or a sieve) and squeeze well. Place the finished cottage cheese in a plate and let it cool. Then transfer the cottage cheese to a blender and puree.
- Sour milk: 2 l
- Milk: 0.5 glass
2
Add 2 tablespoons of softened butter to the cottage cheese in a blender and mix well. Transfer to a pot.
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
3
Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar to 4 eggs, mix, and then add to the cottage cheese with butter, mixing again.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Vanilla sugar: 2 tablespoons
4
Mix 1 cup of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and add it to the cottage cheese with butter and eggs, mixing well.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
5
Add 0.5 cup of milk and mix until smooth (small lumps may be from the cottage cheese).
- Milk: 0.5 glass
6
Place a baking sleeve cut along the seam in the cake mold, lining it like foil or baking paper (the sleeve will release better). Grease the mold with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
7
Place pieces of pineapple in the mold (the bottom of the mold should not be visible).
- Canned pineapple chunks: 500 g
8
Place the cottage cheese dough in the mold. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, the dough should turn yellowish.
9
Take it out of the oven and place it in the refrigerator. After the cheese pie cools down, carefully turn it out of the mold onto a plate.
