Thin pancakes on water
3 servings
30 minutes
An old way of making pancakes, simple and economical, since water here replaces milk. And it is also a suitable method for those who are not friends with lactose, and for those who are trying to somehow reduce the calorie content of the dish. Often, pancakes cooked in water turn out thinner than those that you would cook in milk, observing the same proportions.

Cook on high heat. It's not necessary to grease the pan with vegetable oil, as it's included in the batter, and pancakes won't stick to a good pan!
