Mix all the ingredients in turn. Knead the soft dough.
- Sugar: 100 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Orange juice: 6 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Butter: 175 g
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Orange zest: 2 teaspoons

Form the dough and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Take the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 4–5 mm.

We cut out cookies and arrange them on trays.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The edges of the cookies should turn golden-brown, while the center remains golden.
