Muffins with pumpkin, banana, and carrot are the perfect combination of taste and health benefits. This recipe is inspired by the tradition of American cuisine, where vegetables and fruits are often used in baking to create rich aromas and soft textures. Banana adds natural sweetness to the muffins, carrot provides a slight juiciness, and pumpkin gives a delicate nutty note. These muffins are ideal for a cozy breakfast or a light snack with a cup of tea. Their airy structure, crispy oat crust, and warm spicy aroma make them indispensable on cool days. The convenience of preparation allows you to enjoy this treat without any hassle.
