Buckwheat flour cookies are a fragrant and delicate treat from Russian cuisine that combines traditional ingredients with a unique flavor. Buckwheat flour adds a light nutty note to the baked goods, while the added honey brings a subtle sweetness and exquisite aroma. The dough is easy to knead, and forming small balls makes the preparation process simple and enjoyable. After baking, the cookies acquire a golden color and a soft, crumbly texture. Such treats are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, creating a cozy atmosphere for home tea time. Thanks to the natural ingredients, the cookies are not only tasty but also healthy, providing energy and pleasant taste sensations.

We thoroughly mix butter, sugar, wheat flour, and buckwheat flour.

- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Buckwheat flour: 200 g

Then we add eggs, honey, baking soda, and vanillin. We knead the dough. If it sticks too much to the hands, we add a little wheat flour (the dough shouldn't be too elastic either).
