Meanwhile, we peel the apples. We remove the core and cut them into small cubes.

We mix chopped apples with crushed walnuts and raisins. We also add 100 grams of breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and sugar to prevent the filling from turning into apple and raisin puree.

After kneading the dough well, dusting it with flour, we start to stretch it gradually. It's better to roll it out with a rolling pin at first, avoiding holes and achieving transparency. When the sheet is thin enough, we take it in our hands and start stretching it like pizza dough. Its thickness should be 0.8–1 mm.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
5
Place the resulting dough on a floured towel.
6
We place the filling at the edge of the dough and roll it up, using a towel for assistance. To prevent the layers of dough from sticking together, we sprinkle the inner part of the dough with breadcrumbs.
- Breadcrumbs: 150 g
7
Place the prepared roll on a baking sheet, poke it all over with a fork, and drizzle melted butter on top.
- Butter: 10 g
8
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.
9
Cut the ready strudel into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Powdered sugar: to taste
