Melt butter and 30 grams of chocolate for the base. Crush the wafers in a blender and mix them with the chocolate-butter mixture. Spread the mixture in a greased form, shape the edges, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Butter: 6 tablespoons
- Dark chocolate: 210 g
- Chocolate wafers: 210 g
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Cut the strawberries in half. Place them on the hardened base.
- Strawberry: 500 g

For the filling, mix sugar, starch, cocoa powder, spices, and salt in a saucepan. Add the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Sugar: 130 g
- Cornstarch: 50 g
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Ground ginger: 0.3 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg: 0.1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Egg yolk: 6 pieces

Gradually pour in the milk. Place the mixture over medium heat, whisk until thickened, and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Whole milk: 500 ml

Remove the mixture from heat, add chocolate and stir until it melts. Add vanilla extract and bourbon, mix well. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Dark chocolate: 210 g
- Bourbon: 0.5 tablespoon

Pour the base to the edge. The filling may not be used completely. The leftovers can be used as a sauce.
