Bake 3 layers. For the first layer mix (half a cup of flour, sugar, sour cream, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of cognac, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder) + poppy seeds. For the second layer the same ingredients + raisins. And for the third layer the same ingredients + nuts.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

- Raisin: 95 g

Bake the cakes in a well-greased pan at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

While the cakes are baking, we prepare the cream. We beat 250 g of softened butter with condensed milk and a melted bar (100 g) of chocolate.
