Frozen strawberry yogurt is a refined and refreshing dessert that embodies the lightness and elegance of Italian cuisine. Its origin can be linked to the tradition of creating natural and simple yet sophisticated sweets. The vibrant aroma of strawberries, complemented by the subtle tartness of lemon juice, harmoniously blends with the soft creamy texture of yogurt. This dessert is a symbol of freshness, especially on warm summer days when one craves something light and cool. Its smooth structure, achieved through double grinding, makes each spoonful silky and delicate. It can be served with mint, nuts, or fresh berries, turning it into a true gastronomic delight.

1
Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until pureed.
- Strawberry: 500 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Lemon juice: 30 ml
2
Carefully take out and mix very thoroughly with yogurt.
- Natural yoghurt: 200 ml
3
Pour into a shallow container and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. The mixture should freeze at the edges and start to set in the middle.
4
We take it out! Send it back to the blender (this will give you the absence of an 'icy' texture later).
5
Again — into the container. After the second time, place food paper at the bottom; it will be much easier to remove later. Dip the container in hot water for a few seconds and pull at the edges.
6
We are sending it to the refrigerator.
7
Half an hour before serving, move the ice cream from the freezer to the fridge and serve with what you like.
- Strawberry: 500 g
- Natural yoghurt: 200 ml
