Strawberry tiramisu is a delicate and light dessert inspired by the classic Italian treat. Unlike traditional tiramisu, fresh bananas are used instead of savoiardi cookies, and the airy cream is made from low-fat cottage cheese soaked in aromatic coffee. The sweetness of strawberries, the rich taste of bitter chocolate, and the soft texture of cottage cheese create a harmonious combination that delights with freshness and lightness. This dessert is perfect for summer evenings when you want to enjoy something refreshing but not too heavy. A great choice for those who watch their diet but don't want to give up on pleasure. After a few hours of chilling, the strawberry tiramisu acquires a rich flavor and ideal texture, making each bite unforgettable.
