We boil water with sugar until syrup forms.
- Water: 100 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Powdered sugar: 125 g

Mix honey, egg, yolk, spices (anise, clove, cinnamon), baking powder and 5 tablespoons of flour with warm syrup and whisk. Gradually add the remaining flour and warm syrup.
- Honey: 200 g

- Wheat flour: 450 g

Roll out the dough on a floured board; continue kneading the dough, adding flour until it reaches the density of potato dough. Leave the dough in the cold for 12 hours.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm and cut geometric shapes using metal cutters, baking them on a greased tray at high heat. Once the cookies turn golden, place them on a board to cool completely and decorate with icing made from whipped egg whites and powdered sugar or with ready-made decorations.
