Melt honey in milk.
- Milk: 50 ml
- Honey: 5 tablespoon

Add oatmeal and flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Oatmeal: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons

Then we add an egg and an apple, previously grated on a coarse grater.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Yellow apples: 1 piece

Spoon onto a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees.
