Prepare the filling. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. Put in the refrigerator to chill slightly.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Coconut flakes: 70 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Powdered sugar: 50 g
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons

Prepare the dough. For this, melt the butter, add sugar, and mix until smooth. Add cocoa and coffee, and stir. Pour in the cream, mix. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Leave 1/4 cup of the mixture for the glaze. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture into a bowl and cool. Add eggs to the cooled mixture and beat with a mixer. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and add to the dough. Stir.

- Cream 20%: 0.3 glass

Grease the baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Place balls of cottage cheese mixture at a small distance from each other on the bottom of the pan. Spread the chocolate dough on top.
