Melt the butter, beat it well with 200 g of sugar and vanillin, add 3 eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.

Pour in the milk, then add lemon zest, flour, and baking powder. The dough is ready.

For the filling, we mix everything without any tricks or secrets. Ingredients: cottage cheese, 1 egg, 50 g sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, and lemon juice.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Pour half of the batter into a greased mold, then carefully spread the filling over the surface and cover with the remaining batter.
