We make the dough. For this, we add salt, baking powder, sour cream, butter, egg, and sugar to the flour. We knead the dough and leave it on the table for 20 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Salt: pinch
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Sour cream: 150 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons

For the filling, mix cottage cheese, egg white (whipped with 2 tablespoons of sugar), and semolina.
- Cottage cheese: 350 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Semolina: 2 tablespoons

Roll the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Place cottage cheese on one half, cover with the other half, and seal the edge.

Place on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg yolk (you can add a spoon of cold water to the yolk) and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
