Mix semolina with milk and let it swell for 25-30 minutes.
- Semolina: 1 glass
- Milk: 1 glass

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk to get a not too thick batter.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Slaked soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 0.5 glass

Then transfer the prepared dough to a greased mold.

Readiness can be determined by a toothpick. If the toothpick inserted into the center of the mannik comes out dry, the pie is ready.
