Meanwhile, mix kefir and baking soda with a mixer. Add eggs and sugar. Mix well.
- Kefir: 1 glass
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Grate the butter and add it to the dough. Also add cocoa and flour - mix everything thoroughly.

While the cakes are baking, prepare the cream. Mix sour cream well with vanilla sugar and granulated sugar and put it in the refrigerator.
- Sour cream: 750 g
- Vanilla sugar: to taste
- Sugar: 1.5 glass

When the layers are ready, place the thickest layer on the plate first - it will soak the best. Add sour cream to it in moderation. And continue like this. Layer - sour cream - layer - sour cream. Don't be stingy with it; the more, the better the layers will soak. You can decorate the top with remaining crumbs or nuts - to taste.
