Mix 300 grams of cottage cheese with vegetable oil, egg, and sugar using a mixer, then add sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
- Soft cottage cheese: 900 g
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

Grease the mold (I have a diameter of 24 cm, but 26 cm works too) with oil, roll out the dough, place it in the mold, make high edges, and put it in the fridge while preparing the filling.

For the filling, separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat them, and place in the refrigerator. Wash the lemon, grate 1 teaspoon of zest, and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Beat softened butter, sugar, and yolks with a mixer. Add cottage cheese (600 grams), sour cream, baking powder, lemon zest and juice, and mix well. Peel the mandarins, remove the membranes, and add half of the segments to the filling. Fold in the beaten egg whites with a spoon. Mix everything very well again.

Take the dough form out of the fridge, place the cottage cheese mixture on top, arrange the remaining mandarin slices, and bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour. If the top browns too much, cover it with foil.
