Quick Fruit and Vegetable Sherbet

Quick fruit-vegetable sherbet is a refreshing drink inspired by Turkish culinary traditions, where sherbets were often served to sultans in Ottoman palaces. This unusual version combines the exotic sweetness of mango, the light tartness of apple juice, and the earthy freshness of carrot. Liquid nitrogen gives the sherbet instant freezing, creating an airy texture and an amazing cooling effect. The drink's flavor is bright and layered — first the sweetness of fruits is felt, then the subtle freshness of vegetables unfolds. It is perfect for hot summer days when you want not just to cool down but also to enjoy something unusual. Due to its quick preparation, sherbet can easily be served to guests as a refined aperitif or refreshing dessert.
