Layered spirals with cottage cheese and raisins are an exquisite combination of airy dough, tender cottage cheese, and sweet raisins that captivates with its taste and aroma. This dessert draws inspiration from European cuisine, where puff pastry is the basis for many baked masterpieces. Its slightly crispy shell harmoniously complements the softness of the cheese filling, while the raisins add subtle honey notes. These spirals are perfect for cozy tea times, festive tables, and pleasant home evenings. They are easy to prepare, but the result is pure delight. Try them and enjoy the tenderness and rich flavor!

1
Mix the cottage cheese with cream and mash the mixture thoroughly with a fork. You can add sugar to your liking — I add 3 tablespoons.
- Cottage cheese: 180 g
- Cream 20%: 0.5 glass
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
2
Roll out the dough not too thin. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the dough, leaving a strip of about 4 cm on one edge.
- Puff pastry: 1 piece
3
Sprinkle with raisins. Roll the dough into a log, finishing with the end that was left without cottage cheese.
- Raisin: 95 g
4
Cut the roll into pieces 2.5–3 cm thick with a very sharp knife. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with oil. Slightly twist the edges of the rolls to create roses.
5
Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Once the dough has risen in volume — it's ready!!!
