Ham, cheese, and herb pie is a delicate layered pastry that combines rich meat notes, creamy cheese flavor, and refreshing herb aroma. This recipe is inspired by European traditions where simplicity of ingredients meets exquisite presentation. Ham adds spiciness, hard cheese provides richness, and suluguni adds a slight stretchiness. Dill and green onions complement the composition with fresh tones creating a harmonious balance of flavors. The pie is shaped like a rose making it not only tasty but also aesthetic. The golden crispy crust encases a tender juicy filling while mayonnaise adds a soft texture. Perfect as a main dish or an appetizing snack for festive tables, it will adorn any meal.
