Croissants with nut paste are a true delight of European cuisine, combining airy puff pastry and rich chocolate-nut flavor. Their history traces back to French bakers whose mastery turned a simple breakfast into a work of art. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, croissants fill the home with the cozy aroma of fresh baking. Perfect with morning coffee or as a dessert, they offer a moment of true pleasure with every bite. The ease of preparation makes them accessible for home kitchens, while the sweet nut filling is an exquisite addition to the traditional recipe.

1
Roll the dough into a rectangular sheet — it doesn't need to be rolled too thin. Cut into triangles. Make a cut on the wide side of each triangle (this is needed to easily roll up beautiful croissants).
- Puff pastry: 600 g
2
Place a teaspoon of chocolate paste closer to the wide side. Tightly roll the croissants (from the base of the triangle to its tip). Transfer to a baking sheet, cover with a napkin, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes (this will slow down the dough rising process).
- Nutella®: 250 g
3
Brush the croissants with milk and place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (in other words, bake until golden brown).
- Milk: 2 tablespoons
