Delicate tiramisu

Delicate tiramisu is a delightful dessert inspired by the classic Italian treat. This version is made without coffee and uses fragrant orange juice for a fresh and light citrus note. Wafers replace the traditional savoiardi biscuit, creating an unusual texture that is airy, crispy, and tender at the same time. The cream made from cream, eggs, and sugar makes the dessert velvety and soft, while fresh raspberries add a slight tartness that beautifully contrasts with the sweetness. The finishing touch is grated chocolate that adds depth of flavor and festivity. Delicate tiramisu is perfect for summer treats, romantic evenings or family celebrations – it delights with its taste, lightness and elegance.
