Strawberry jam

Strawberry jam is the true embodiment of summer in a jar. Sweet, fragrant berries fill the syrup with rich flavor, and the thick texture makes it a perfect addition to morning toast, desserts, or simply a cup of hot tea. This recipe has roots in Russian cuisine, where homemade preserves have always been a way to capture the flavors of the season. The jam not only delights with its exquisite taste but also carries the warmth of memories from carefree summer days. Tender berries soaked in sugar syrup reveal their unique aroma, while a hint of acidity adds harmony to the sweetness. It is served with pancakes, used as pie filling, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful while immersing oneself in the atmosphere of home comfort.
