Low-calorie muffins

Low-calorie muffins are the perfect blend of health and flavor. This recipe was born from the desire to make traditional baking healthier while preserving its tenderness and pleasant aroma. Oats give the muffins softness, nuts add a crunchy texture, and raisins provide sweetness, balancing the taste with light hints of cinnamon. Kefir makes the dough airy, while eggs ensure its elasticity. These muffins are ideal for a light breakfast or healthy snack; they are nutritious and energizing without overloading the body with excess calories. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent option for those who value convenience and health. Serve them with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee — and enjoy the taste without guilt!
