Puff pastry with chicken and cheese

Layered braids with chicken and cheese are a true masterpiece of European cuisine, combining the tenderness of puff pastry, the rich flavor of smoked chicken breast, and the softness of melted cheese. This recipe draws inspiration from traditional French and Italian pastries where the dough plays a key role. The crispy crust, golden from the yolk, hides a juicy filling inside, creating a harmony of textures and aromas. These appetizing braids make an ideal snack for a festive table or a hearty bite throughout the day. They are convenient to take along, pair wonderfully with fresh vegetables or sauces, and the aroma of freshly baked dough fills the home with coziness and warmth.
