Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Mix the berries with the chilled syrup and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
- Strawberry: 950 g

Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of regular white sugar and vanilla extract until thickened.
- Cream 38%: 250 ml
- Vanilla extract: 0.3 tablespoon

Mix water and sugar in a saucepan, place it over medium heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the liqueur into the syrup and mix. Remove from heat and refrigerate the syrup for 15 minutes.
