Crush 36 cookies into fine crumbs, place in a medium bowl, and add cheese. Mix well. Form about 42 balls from the mixture, approximately 3 cm in diameter.
- Oreo cookies: 36 pieces
- Low fat Philadelphia cheese: 224 g

Melt the confectionery glaze in a double boiler, let it cool slightly, and dip the balls in it. Place the chocolate balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chocolate glaze: 450 g

Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set. Store the truffles in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.
