Nectarines with ricotta

60 minutes
Nectarines with ricotta are a refined combination of sweet ripe fruits, the tenderness of cheese, and the aroma of Eastern spices. This recipe is rooted in Azerbaijan's rich culinary tradition, where natural ingredients and skilled preparation create true gastronomic masterpieces. Baked in white wine with almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon, nectarines acquire caramel softness and rich flavor. During baking, they absorb subtle spice notes, while the syrup formed during cooking adds special depth to the dish. Ricotta served in large chunks adds creamy lightness, making this dish perfect as an exquisite dessert or a morning breakfast that awakens the senses. The simplicity of preparation combines with elegant presentation, and the contrast of textures makes it unforgettable.
