Strawberry cashew shake is an elegant and refreshing dessert of European cuisine, combining the creamy texture of cashews with the vibrant aroma of strawberries. Its roots lie in the culture of healthy eating, where nuts and berries are used to create nutritious and beneficial sweets. The flavor of cashews adds richness to the cream, while the tartness of lemon and sweetness of honey create a harmonious balance. The almond-date base resembles the famous Snickers, making this dessert particularly appealing. Serving it with chilled berries and fragrant tea enhances its sophistication, turning a simple treat into a true gastronomic delight. An ideal choice for festive gatherings or cozy evenings.

1
Chop the almonds and dates with salt in a blender. Evenly press the mixture into a springform pan (or a plate with high edges, lining the bottom with plastic wrap). The bottom layer is ready. After freezing, it will taste like a Snickers.

Send soaked cashews, lemon juice, honey, and coconut milk to the blender for a couple of hours. Blend well until a thick, smooth cream forms. Spread 2/3 of the cream evenly over the bottom layer.
