Ginger biscotti with orange zest is a delightful blend of Italian tradition and spicy freshness. Originating from Italy, biscotti are known for their double baking that makes them crunchy and perfect for dipping in coffee or tea. This version is enriched with the aroma of ginger, adding a slight spiciness, while the orange zest brings citrus freshness, making the flavor balanced and vibrant. These biscotti pair wonderfully with cappuccino or strong espresso and can also be a unique addition to a dessert table. Thanks to their texture, they stay fresh for a long time, remaining just as appetizing as on the day they were made.
