Croissants made from cottage cheese dough with margarine are a cozy treat of Russian cuisine, embodying the simplicity and warmth of homemade baking. Their origin is linked to the tradition of using cottage cheese in baking, which gives the products a tender texture and pleasant acidity. Margarine makes the dough airy and crispy, while a sugar sprinkle adds a light caramel crust. These croissants pair perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee, turning any tea time into a moment of comfort. They are easy to prepare and make an excellent choice for family gatherings or entertaining guests. The simple technique of rolling the dough into croissants gives them a festive appearance, and each bite melts in your mouth, leaving subtle notes of creamy vanilla flavor.
