Preheat the oven to 135 degrees.

Place paper cups in the muffin tin.

Melt the butter with chocolate in a water bath until smooth, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then mix in the egg yolks.

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture (using a spoon, not a mixer).

Spread the dough into molds, filling them three-quarters full. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool down.
