Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, add a little pepper, salt, and lightly whisk.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Wash the zucchini, dry it, and grate it on a coarse grater (if the zucchini is not young, be sure to peel off the tough outer skin and remove the seeds).
