Quick strawberry jam is the essence of French cuisine, which values freshness and simplicity. Historically, jams and preserves emerged as a way to preserve seasonal fruits, with strawberries being one of the favorite berries due to their rich aroma. This recipe allows you to make jam in just a few minutes while preserving the fresh berry flavor and a hint of lemon juice's acidity. Pectin gives it a smooth texture, while added sugar enhances the sweetness of strawberries. It’s perfect for morning toast, pancakes or croissants and can also be used as a filling for pastries. It can be served as an accent with cheese or yogurt. This is a quick and fragrant way to capture the taste of summer in a jar to enjoy any time of year.
