Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in milk. Add flour, regular and vanilla sugar, an egg, and 50 grams of softened butter. Place the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Fresh yeast: 20 g
- Milk: 100 ml
- Sugar: 50 g
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Butter: 75 g

Roll the dough into a rectangle ½ cm thick and brush it with melted butter. Sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon. Roll it up and cut into slices 2 cm thick.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for 10 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
