Beat softened butter with sugar until smooth. Then, continuing to beat, gradually add egg whites, diced candied fruits, and finely chopped nuts. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Butter: 150 g
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Egg white: 6 pieces
- Candied fruit: 150 g
- Nuts: 4 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

Use a teaspoon to place small portions on the baking sheet, leaving gaps between them. Allow the dough to spread a little. After baking for 10-12 minutes at 200-210°C, remove the cookies from the sheet with a knife while they are still warm.
