Corn waffles are a delicate and fragrant dish that brings the warmth of home baking to every day. Their origin is linked to European cuisine, where corn flour became the basis for many unique recipes. These waffles have a light crispy crust and a soft texture inside, with citrus notes from the addition of fresh orange. Jerusalem artichoke syrup or brown sugar gives them natural sweetness, while the combination of flaxseed and rice flour makes them more nutritious. They are perfect for breakfast or a light snack, especially when paired with fruits, honey, or yogurt. The simplicity of preparation and rich flavor make these waffles an excellent choice for those seeking a balance between healthiness and pleasure.
